Anxiety & Panic Disorder Specialist (BSc Hons, MSc)
Anxiety Is Not Who You Are — It Is Something You Can Learn to Manage
About
Sana Ahmed is an anxiety specialist with four years of focused clinical experience working with individuals experiencing generalised anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, and health anxiety. She completed her MSc in Psychological Therapies at Karachi University and is trained in CBT and mindfulness-based approaches specifically developed for anxiety disorders. Sana's approach is straightforward and practical. She does not believe in pushing clients to "think positive" — instead, she helps them understand their anxiety response and build practical tools to manage it effectively. Her sessions are warm, honest, and grounded.

My approach to therapy
How I work with clients and what you can expect from our sessions.
Evidence-based
All techniques are grounded in clinical research — not intuition alone. Methods are chosen to match your specific goals, history, and pace.
Collaborative
You set the direction. Sessions are a partnership where your input shapes the plan, and progress is measured by what matters to you.
Structured & adaptive
Sessions have a clear flow, but flexibility is built in. The approach evolves as your needs and goals evolve.
Between sessions
You leave each session with practical tools, exercises, or reflections that extend the work into everyday life.
What to expect
- 1A 50-minute video or audio session in a private, secure environment.
- 2An initial consultation focused on understanding your history, goals, and what has or hasn't worked before.
- 3Regular progress reviews — typically every 4–6 sessions — to adjust the plan based on outcomes.
- 4Clear communication about the therapeutic approach being used and the reasoning behind it.
